These Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all Topify applications, channels, games, videos, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) available through platforms such as Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Android TV, Apple TV, and other connected devices.

1. Eligibility & User Responsibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. If you are under 18, you may only use our Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Certain games or content may include age-restricted material (e.g., 18+). You are solely responsible for monitoring access and ensuring appropriate supervision within your household.

Your interactions with third-party advertisers or external sites are at your own risk.
