    Cook's Tips

You can use dairy-free yoghurt and milk for this recipe but you’ll need to recalculate the calories accordingly. The 75g full-fat live Greek yoghurt contains 50cals and 100ml full-fat milk contains 63cals.

Store the overnight oats in small lidded containers to make this an easy portable breakfast, too.
