Warm Berry Compote With Yoghurt

    For a thicker compote, cook the fruit with 1 teaspoon chia seeds and a few
    extra tablespoons of water.
    You could leave the compote to cool and serve with the yoghurt as a
    dessert.

    Put the frozen berries and dates in a small saucepan and heat gently for 3–5
    minutes, or until the fruit has thawed and warmed, stirring regularly. Add a
    splash of water if needed, to help the fruit soften.

    Divide the yoghurt between two bowls and spoon the warm compote on
    top. Eat immediately.
